ENJUVIA comes in five dosage strengths: 0.3 mg, 0.45 mg, 0.625 mg, 0.9 mg, and 1.25 mg. This means that you and your healthcare professional have the flexibility to change your dose to meet your needs.
You should take ENJUVIA once a day, at the same time each day. You may take it with or without food.
Taking ENJUVIA may help relieve moderate-to-severe hot flashes and night sweats, also known as vasomotor symptoms. It may also help to relieve moderate-to-severe vaginal dryness and pain with sex, symptoms of vaginal atrophy, associated with menopause.
If you have not had a hysterectomy (which means you still have your uterus), your healthcare professional may also prescribe a second hormone, called a progestin. The progestin prevents an overgrowth of cells in the lining of the uterus. This type of overgrowth can increase your risk of uterine cancer. If you have had a hysterectomy, you don't have to be concerned about this.
Do not use ENJUVIA if you:
The length of time you will use ENJUVIA depends on your individual needs. Estrogen therapy should be limited to the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration, consistent with treatment goals, benefits, and risks for the individual woman.
Ask your healthcare professional if ENJUVIA is right for you.
Please see Patient Information section of the prescribing information.
